Q&A concerning homepage template use

Downloading

I have yet to receive an email with my password.

If you have not yet received an email even after the passage of a day, it is possible that the email address that you entered was incorrect. We respectfully ask that you attempt to download your template again.

I do not know how to open the file that I downloaded.

In order to facilitate quick downloading, template files have been compressed into zip format files. Software for unpacking these files will be needed. Examples of decompression software are as follows:

Templates

My template is distorted in terms of its layout.

If you use a website builder, your template may be distorted in terms of its layout. This is because the template source code is automatically rewritten when undergoing modification using website builders. Before modifying your template, take the following steps:

• Select ”Tools” on the file menu bar and click ”Options”.
• Select the ”General” tab and clear the check for “Automatically format HTML source code” and “Automatically correct HTML syntax errors.”
• Select the ”File” tab and clear the check for “Embed with generator into HTML source code.”
• Select the ”Source modification” tab and make “tags” and “attributes” under “Output characters” into lowercase characters.
• Click the ”OK” button at the bottom of the window to finish.

Select ”Standard” when you open your template.

Can I redistribute my template or use it for commercial purposes?

Yes. Provided, however, that you may not remove the copyright display at the bottom of the page. Permission to redistribute your template or to use it for commercial purposes will be revoked if the copyright display is removed.

I found a template I like but I was wondering if I can ask to get it in a different color scheme or have some other variations applied to it?

Such requests can be made.Indicate the template number and desired color scheme (as specifically as possible) through the Inquiries page.
